Another important aspect of Cultural Week is the opportunity it provides for interaction among students from different academic disciplines and backgrounds. The event creates a shared platform where students exchange knowledge, appreciate different cultural expressions, and strengthen relationships within the university community.
Through this annual initiative, Somali International University demonstrates that university education extends beyond academic instruction — helping students understand their heritage, respect cultural diversity, and contribute positively to society, while preserving Somalia's cultural heritage for future generations.
