The Faculty of Business and Economics offers academic programmes that respond directly to Somalia's most pressing economic and financial-sector needs: data-literate economists, qualified bankers and finance professionals, professionally trained accountants and auditors, and versatile business managers and entrepreneurs.
Our academic programmes — the Bachelor of Economics, Bachelor of Banking and Finance, Bachelor of Accounting and Finance, and Bachelor of Business Administration — combine strong theoretical foundations with practical, data-analysis and workplace-based training, preparing graduates who understand both the principles of their disciplines and the specific economic and business challenges facing Somalia. Students engage with real economic and business challenges and participate in data-analysis practicals, internships, and applied research, and the Faculty collaborates with banks, businesses, and government institutions to provide practical training and employment opportunities for its graduates.

Our Faculty team consists of dedicated academics and practitioners who work diligently to deliver rigorous education grounded in the realities of Somalia's rebuilding economy and financial sector.
